30th Anniversary Integrated Worlds
From Pioneering Digitization to a Data-Driven Future
Now is the time to celebrate: For three decades, we have been actively and wholeheartedly driving digital transformation forward.
Our roots lie in process digitization, and have done so for 30 years now: Digitally mapping seamless communication between companies remains our core business—and continues to form the foundation for smooth business processes along the value chain.
Even before the company was officially founded, our founders—including Klaus Bröhl, who is now our managing director—recognized the importance of standards. Our success is based on the fact that we never just deliver technology. From the very beginning, we have relied on standardized solutions and interoperable concepts that are flexible in application.
Integrated Worlds strives to be both a technology pioneer and a partner. Through long-term collaboration with our software partners, we have demonstrated that openness, cooperation, and shared growth are the path to sustainable success.
After 30 years, we look back with pride on what we have achieved—and at the same time, with great enthusiasm toward what lies ahead: the next phase of digitalization—data-driven, collaborative, and standardized. We are only at the beginning, but with the same pioneering spirit that has defined us since our founding.
Independent, Digital, and Connected
Since its founding 30 years ago, Integrated Worlds has been committed to entrepreneurial independence. Without outside investors, with a long-term perspective, and guided by our values, we have charted our own course from the very beginning.
We listen. We anticipate change and invest early in structures that will stand the test of time.

IWO-X
What sets us apart is the combination of roll-out DNA, pragmatic implementation expertise, and the courage to actively shape the future: We never just deliver technology; instead, we think in terms of the broader industry, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses, and with scalability in mind.
We know that no two industries are alike. Each brings its own dynamics, processes, and requirements. Our strength lies in understanding these unique characteristics, consolidating them, and deriving suitable roll-out models—coherent, modular approaches from our service portfolio that seamlessly interlock and are independently scalable.
“Make it happen” is our motto.
With IWO-X, we are consistently evolving this philosophy—toward an open, service-oriented system. Here, our own services are combined with those of external partners to form an integrated, comprehensive service offering. Through collaborative cooperation, added value is created that benefits all parties involved—through networking and interaction within an open system.

Shaped by trust, driven by vision
As a pioneer in digital networking, we became involved early on in collaboration with national and European initiatives as well as leading working groups, and participated in strategic funding projects to drive forward comprehensive, future-proof networking. Our goal has always been clear: to holistically connect companies and their partners digitally—efficiently and sustainably. We recognize and value the trust the participating institutions have placed in us over the years.
Today, Integrated Worlds is active in many industries and, particularly in the furniture industry, bears systemically important responsibility through our brand and industry platform IWOfurn. Over 1,000 customers, their international locations, and business partners are interconnected via our platforms. This connectivity brings with it responsibility: stability, scalability, and future-proofing are not just buzzwords for us, but the benchmarks by which we measure our actions.
Our solutions don’t just connect systems—they connect business relationships. We see our role and responsibility as motivation to continue actively shaping the development of digital connectivity with foresight, drive, and partnership.
Innovative yesterday. Connected today.
Transformed tomorrow.
We are constantly and consistently evolving; we incorporate our experiences, and change is the norm.
We have a clear vision for the coming decades: a future in which digital collaboration is second nature, open, and accessible to everyone. Integrated Worlds is recognized as a partner that reduces complexity, provides guidance, and enables sustainable growth.
Our mission is to empower companies to connect digitally with their partners in a holistic way and thus build future-readiness together—clearly, collaboratively, and sustainably. We provide guidance in a complex world, reduce barriers, and enable progress that makes a tangible difference. We believe that true success arises when people trust one another, take responsibility, and move forward together.
